I’m Maria Kendall, Founder and Business Systems Consultant behind MK Business Systems.
Since 2014, I have worked inside service-based businesses, helping owners organize the details, processes, and tools that keep their work moving.
Today, my focus is the structure behind the client experience. I review how work actually moves through your business, identify the places where it becomes manual or unclear, and build systems that are easier to follow, repeat, and delegate.
